The Golden Eagles program are extremely excited to have partnered up with Charles Miller and Miller Consulting. Miller Consulting will now help guide the mental performance of our Golden Eagles athletes toward achieving their full potential, 1% better every day!
Owner of Miller Consulting, Charles Miller will be performing 3 mental performance sessions with each one of our 3 Golden Eagles groups. The very first session will be held a few days before our athletes even hit the on ice portion of the program to introduce them to the mindset needed to achieve their full potentials. The 2nd session is expected midway through the program to keep them reminded of the necessary mindset, as well as the importance of the small details required to become an elite athlete. The 3rd and final session will be performed at the end of the program to recap everything and help remind them that the end goal is process driven rather than immediate results oriented.
Miller Consulting will also be available to our athletes after our spring program concludes if each they would like to continue working with them (additional fees will apply to additional group/individual meetings).

After years of studying psychology, Charles Miller recently fulfilled all the professional requirements to become a mental performance consultant. For the past 17 years, sports have been an incredible part of his life and he has always wanted to support the future generation of athletes. Charles believes in establishing clear goals, following a structured plan, the power of daily habits, discipline, and a lot more.
