2024 GOLDEN EAGLES TRYOUT INFO
These are exciting times for WOMAN's HOCKEY! With the recent formation of the PWHL (Pro Woman's Hockey League), female hockey players now have a professional hockey league to strive for and call their own where they can earn a decent living and still play the sport they love. Besides the Olympics, World Hockey Championships, NCAA, USport, Cegep, etc. Now is the time more than ever to have girls develop their hockey skills.
We are extremely excited to announce our 2024 Golden Eagles program and build on the success of our past 2023 Spring program. The program will be open to ALL GIRLS Hockey players only and will include team formation to compete in the 2024 Spring AAA season. Our focus will remain on hockey skill development rather than tournament results, however we feel that playing tournaments will enhance our players put into practice the many skills they are being taught. We expect the competition to make our teams to be fierce so please register quickly and do not miss out on this opportunity.
TRYOUT INFO
Tryouts will take place in the form of multiple 3vs3 small ice games at either Quartier Hockey or NTR starting the week of September 16th through October 8th. Tryouts might also include skill training session(s).
DATES: September 16 through October 8th.
REQUIRED INFO: Send us an email to email address golden_eagles_hockey@yahoo.com with players full name, birth year, position, and current level played.
COST: $80 payable via etransfer to email address golden_eagles_hockey@yahoo.com using password hockey.

2024 GOLDEN EAGLES PROGRAM DETAILS
-(NEW) Team formation to participate in 3-4 Tournaments.
-(NEW) Teams will be formed by selecting 9 forwards, 5-6 defenseman, 1-2 goalies.
-(NEW) Team practices with a dedicated coach (preferance is non-parental coaches, however this will be determined on a case by case basis).
-Forward only skill sessions.
-Defenseman only skill sessions.
-Improved goalie only development sessions.
-Mental Performance Coaching sessions.
-Power Skating sessions.
-Battle skill sessions.
-(NEW) Off ice team training with Matthew Abbott at Endurance Kinesiology (brand new facility next to Play It Again Sports in Kirkland).
-(NEW) Meaningful 3vs3 games/tournament with shootouts.
